Terms of Service

By using Incarn ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service description

Incarn provides AI-powered photo animation. You upload a photo and receive an animated video. Credits are consumed per animation.

2. User content

You retain ownership of your photos. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating animations. Photos are automatically deleted after 7 days. Videos are retained for 30 days.

3. Payments & refunds

Credit packs are non-refundable. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
